We are all now witnessing the escalating battle between opposing property forces; the traditional infrastructure-led thinking, pitted against a tech curious, people-centric movement.

While this battle will continue, my approach has always remained consistent; remove the friction by understanding and delivering to real business drivers, then plan for robustness based on flexibility for future change. Via this approach, property solutions promote, rather than constrain, corporate growth and evolving performance metrics.

As there is never a moment for complacency in property, I continuously seek out the new tools and insights that correlate to business change and thus shifting property moods and demands.

I am a founding director of VALTE, a class leading digital portfolio management platform, and board member of CoreNet Global, a US-based not-for-profit association representing over 10,000 corporate occupiers worldwide.

Personally, I’m at home on the ocean or in the mountains – preferably ocean paddling, mountain-biking or snowboarding. Most importantly, I love supporting my family’s various pursuits. I am also an active surf lifesaver.
