JORDAN KENNEDY

Associate Director - Head of Metro Markets

Jordan has been appointed to head the Franklin Shank’s Sydney Metropolitan business.  His role is to ensure global and national occupiers experience quality real estate services throughout their business life cycle.  

As a subject matter expert in Sydney Metropolitan’s largest growth corridors, Jordan’s focus sectors will be office, industrial, special uses such as healthcare and education. 

Jordan joins the team after a successful career in agency leasing and commercial property advisory within the Sydney CBD and metropolitan markets.  

Having spent time at top firms such as Savills and IPS – Integrated Property Solutions,  Jordan brings seasoned experience through transactions and advisory services he’s provided in leasing brokerage, national expansion strategies, pre-commitment projects and large-scale property developments.

Jordan has the skill set to conduct high level due diligence, market intelligence, financial reporting, site acquisitions, commercial negotiations.  

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Property, specializing in Investment, Valuation and Development.

Outside of work, Jordan has been a player for the Manly Marlins Rugby Club for many seasons and resides in the Sydney Northern Beaches.
