Julie joined Franklin Shanks in 2021, following the completion of a Master's degree in Property Investment and Development through the University of Western Sydney. Her experience extends abroad completing undergraduate studies at Michigan State University and speaking fluent Mandarin, Julie is able to effectively create and enact business strategies with clear lines of communication.

Julie works within the commercial and retail leasing team assisting clients on commercial real estate strategies and troubleshooting, alongside preparation of financial models, and providing advice on integral negotiations to lease acquisitions, renewals and rent reviews.

Outside of work Julie pursues interests within arts.
