Project Manager

Nick has been in the commercial office fit-out industry for over 25 years and has worked with numerous multinational clients delivering projects from small churn of $50k to full scale project to the value of $10m.

I have worked on many projects across Australia helping clients through the initial RFP process to the delivery and handover at completion including final completion documentation packages.

My strengths are communication between our client and all parties involved in the project including liaising with building owners and their representatives through to the builder and engaged consultants. I have strong relationships with services consultants and can assist with property due diligence on behalf of our clients. 

I also have a strong knowledge of statutory requirements for the fit-out process whether with council or Principal Certifying Authorities.

My focus is and always will be for our client to receive the best value for money the market can provide and a quality outcome with the finished space.

Personally, I am into the NRL and spend any spare time with our children and learning and practising guitar (a late learner at that)
