Since joining Franklin Shanks in 2022, Patrick has gone on to complete a bachelor of Property Economics at UTS, transferring textbook knowledge with real-world experience by immersing himself in all aspects of Franklin Shanks.
Predominately working across Australia’s core business districts, Patrick’s large focus on the office sector sees him working with clients of all sizes and industries. Integrating benchmark research with strategic planning to secure the best outcome for the tenant while managing the relationship with the landlord for the lease term to come.
Patrick’s amiable nature means he places a high priority on communication while having the skill set to analyse market intelligence and conduct financial reporting and commercial negotiations.
Outside of work, you will find Patrick on the AFL field or out on the water at 5 am coaching rowing.
