Ruby became a part of our team in April 2018, initially serving as the Operations & Projects Coordinator. Over time, her role has evolved into that of Operations Manager.

Her transition into this new position has been seamless, thanks to her extensive experience in supporting the team in her previous role. Ruby is known for her approachability and willingness to assist whenever needed.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ruby is passionate about all things related to food and wine. On weekends, she continues to enjoy playing netball, maintaining a healthy balance between staying fit and indulging in life's pleasures.
